  • Pre-Fit Interview

    • By learning your injury and riding history, I can anticipate issues that will affect your saddle position, handlebard drop, and stance width

  • Structural exam, flexibility, and foot assessment 

    • This series of evaluations provides an accurate picture of your flexibility, range of motion, and other physical attributes that will determine your final riding position 

  • Cleat Adjustment

    • An extensive foot assessment will include fore/aft, stance width, internal/external rotation, fore-foot varus shimming, and shimming for leg length differences

  • Saddle-to-crank & Handle bar-to-saddle adjustments

    • There is an optimal window that's both powerful and comfortable, and will optimize aerodynamics, speed, and comfort. 

  • Corrections for hip, knee, foot alignment

    • How you sit on the saddle is very important for balanced power delivery and injury prevention 

  • Follow-up session 

    • I will contact you to discuss the effectiveness of the adjustments and answer any other questions or concerns you may have
